Q: How do I book an open course?
A: You click on the course you are interested in, and there you should find an “apply” button.
Q: How do I find the venue?
A: Before the start of the course, all participants receive an email with practical information, including info on where you can park your car, where the nearest toilet is found, coffee machine and so forth.
Q: I am English speaking, are all courses held in Swedish?
A: Not all courses are held in Swedish, but many of them. Please inform us in good time before the course starts and we can arrange for the course to be held in English.
Q: When should I choose a workshop?
A: When you are less than 4 participants who need to attend a course or if you have specific requests about things you want to learn. The teaching duration is usually 1-2 days with an instructor, and the material is based on a wish list of subjects. Very efficient learning in terms of price, time and knowledge since it only covers the exact subjects of interest. Employees do not need to be away from their regular work for a long time.
Q: How do I order a customized course?
A: By contacting us at ALTEN Training. Together we identify your specific needs and then we discuss possible arrangements with the teacher.
Q: In which cities do you hold courses?
A: We have training facilities at our offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. We also arrange courses in the customer’s premises or can rent locally in the vicinity of the customer.
Q: Who arranges licenses?
A: When a course is held on ALTEN’s premises, we always arrange for licenses beforehand. If the course is held on the customer’s premises, licenses are often already available on the computers used.
Q: Why should you choose ALTEN?
A: ALTEN has many years of experience in education, with business-oriented courses and packages. We are active in several different fields, hence we are flexible and can quickly adapt to your needs.
Q: What does it mean that our teachers are consultants?
A: As our teachers are active consultants in their specialist areas, they are constantly updated and know what the market demands. We put great emphasis on recruiting talented educators with extensive experience in their field of work.
Q: Do you get a certificate at the end of the course?
A: Attending our open courses will always grant you a course certificate. If the course is held at the customer, the customer can choose whether they want a certificate or not.
Q: Can you report interest in a course that is not included in the schedule?
A: Certainly! When a course has received several interest reports, we will schedule it. Please state the number of participants interested in the course and in what city it should preferably be held.
